Return Policy

1. Chatenya Mittal follows a strict no-returns or exchange policy and reserves the right to accept or deny any request.
2. Request for returns may be accepted in the circumstances of:
   1. Minor alterations to the garments
   2. Stains or marks on the garment before wearing. Pictures of the garment are to be shared on our official email within 48 hours of receiving the garment.
   3. Any colour bleeding issue due to not following correct wash care instructions will be disregarded.
3. Chatenya Mittal reserves the right to deny or accept refunds of garments that are returned without approval.
4. You can request a refund by sending us an email at chatenya2mittal@gmail.com along with relevant images within 2 days of placing the order.
5. All shipping charges will be borne by the customer in case of returns.
6. All our garments are custom made which may cause variations from the product image. We take no responsibility for the same.
7. We offer free delivery all over India.
8. We also offer international delivery to customers outside India with additional freight charges.

Terms of Acceptance

1. Using our websites will automatically signify that you accept all the terms and conditions along with our company policies.
2. Use of the website is limited to persons who can form a fairly binding contract under Indian law. The terms come into effect incontinently. For illustration. Any individual below the age of 18 years is banned to use the website or buy any product from Chatenya Mittal Label.
3. In case of exception where fresh terms and conditions are formed in accordance to specific products. These terms shall relive all former arrangements, understandings, representations or agreements.

Payments

1. We offer multiple payment options that are secure and safe. Payments can be done using UPI, RuPay, Paytm, visa, and Mastercard.
2. Only prepaid payments are accepted for orders placed on the Chatenya Mittal.
3. If the customer refuses to pay the billable amount, the order will automatically be canceled.

Legal- Trademark & Imprints

All material on this point is controlled and operated solely by Chaitanya Mittal. All material not limited to images, illustration, design, audio clips, and videotape clips is defended by trademark, imprints, and other rights of intellectual property that are possessed and contrived by the Label or the party that has certified their material to us. It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, co publish, distribute, upload, post, or transmit this or similar material in any manner by any electronic means.

Use of the accouterments for any purpose other than particular, non-commercial purposes is a violation of the trademark, imprints, or any other personal right and is banned.
